Our themes are designed to suit all ages but most popular for children aged 6-15 years old.

You need approximately 2m x 1m for each teepee.  We are experts in setting up in different spaces so we can change up the set up for different room sizes and shapes.

To set up the Mega Belle Tent we need a grassy area of approximately 7 meters diameter.

Each teepee set up comes with an individual quality foam mattress, a mattress protector, a fitted sheet and cosy, colour coordinated blanket.

No due to hygiene reasons we don't provide pillows so your guests will need to bring their own to the sleepover.  We do provide decorative cushions for each teepee set up.

Yes, we require a $100 deposit to book your date in and full payment is required by bank transfer the day prior to the party.

Delivery is included within a 5km radius of Box Hill.  Outside of this area there will be a delivery charge and this will be quoted to you at the time of booking depending on your location.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash

We usually set up on the day of the party and pack up the day after.  We will schedule this in at an agreed time with you.  If you require the teepees for longer we can usually accomodate and can provide a quote to you for additional days, just let us know when booking if this is something that you require.

This depends on the size of your party. For a standard 5 teepee set up it usually takes about 1 hour to fully set up and about 30 mins to pack up.  

For the Mega Belle Tent it takes a little bit longer so we allow 2 hours for set up and 1 our for pack up.

All bedding is washed and cleaned before each party. We use sensitive laundry detergent on all our bedding. There is no need for you to wash any bedding after your party, we take care of all of that for you.

Our teepees are not weatherproof so unfortunately can't be used outside. However if you want an outdoor party our Mega Belle Tent is a perfect option. 

If you cancel your party before 4 weeks of your party date we will refund your deposit to you. 

If you cancel your party within 4 weeks of your party date we are happy to reschedule your party to another date at no additional cost. 

f you cancel your party within 2 weeks of your party date then you will forfeit your deposit paid.
